I am a qualified , registered integrative therapeutic counsellor and have all the appropriate insurances to enable me to provide a professional service.

My fees are for an hour session and the amount of session you have is down to you, but we can discuss this during your free initial chat.

During this session you will have opportunity ask questions such as cost, availability and service provision. This is the chance for you to see if I am the right fit for you so feel free to ask away.

I work online and I have a comfortable safe space which allows me to work face to face should you wish and live local. I prefer evening and weekend work but we can find a time that is suitable to us both.
